We are thrilled to announce the newest member of our musical family at Pleasanton Academy of Music: Anthony Anderson! With his extensive background in brass instruments and a passion for sharing the love of music, Anthony brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our East Bay music school.
Meet Anthony Anderson:
Anthony is a versatile musician with expertise in trumpet, tuba, French horn, baritone, euphonium, and trombone instruction. Hailing from the Bay Area, he has immersed himself in the local music scene for over 27 years, honing his craft in both jazz and classical genres. Anthony’s impressive resume includes performances with esteemed groups such as the Santa Cruz Symphony and Oakland Symphony, as well as sharing the stage with legendary artists like Prince, Santana, and The Jazz Messengers.

Having pursued Music Performance at Temple University in Philadelphia, Anthony’s journey has been fueled by a deep-seated passion for sharing the transformative power of music with others. He is dedicated to inspiring his students to develop a love for their instrument and embrace the joy of making music.
